Appointment Policies
Scheduling Guidelines
Our appointment policies are designed to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all patients. We kindly ask that appointments be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations should be made at least 12 hours prior to the appointment to avoid any fees. Starting in 2025, we will implement a new policy requiring a deposit for certain services to secure your booking. Please be aware that repeated no-shows may result in limited scheduling privileges. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we strive to provide the best care possible.
